Name That Stocking

Unnamed 1989 Loretta Spears Design

I have another mystery for Blog's readers to solve. Recognize this stocking? The photo is from an old eBay auction that describes the materials in the kit but doesn't name the stocking. It doesn't seem to be one of Loretta Spears' mystery pieces but it is definitely one of her designs. Do you know what it is called? Or anything else about it?
